A: If you need some samples to test, please pay for the shipping cost and sample cost.
3.Q: How much is the shipping cost and How long does it takes till I get my package?

4.Q: How can I get your wholesale price list?

5.Q: How do you do OEM/ODM service?
A: We can do the custom designed case as you required, including print the logo on the case inside and out side. After you send case design file to us, we will start to produce a sample for you to have a check. We don’t start the production until you are satisfied.
6. If the item arrives in bad condition, how will you handle it?
Within 7 days we can pay for the return shipping cost, but the returned goods should be at the original condition. Over 7 days, we can share half of the return shipping cost. Over 1 month we won't pay for the return shipping cost. So after you get the item, please check carefully and if there is any problem please contact us soon.
7. How can I get the greatest discount?
a. To place large quantity for each item, at least 100 pcs per model. If 1 or 2 pieces per item, we can’t give you much discount.
