A:Our products have a quite wide price range for different types and different quality requirement. Please contact us freely, we will be happy to give you a quotation upon receipt of your detailed requirements.

2.Q: How can I get the samples?

A: If you need some samples to test, please pay for the shipping cost and sample cost.

3.Q: How much is the shipping cost and How long does it takes till I get my package?

A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your shipping address.

DHL: 3-6 Days UPS: 5-7 days Fedex: 6-8 days EMS: >7 days

4.Q: How can I get your wholesale price list?

A: Please feel freely to contact us on trademanager or send us an inquiry, then we can send you the price list and more information via email.

5.Q: How do you do OEM/ODM service?

A:We can do the custom designed case as you required, including print the logo on the case inside and out side. After you send case design file to us, we will start to produce a sample for you to have a check. We don’t start the production until you are satisfied.

6. If the item arrives in bad condition, how will you handle it?

Within 7 days we can pay for the return shipping cost, but the returned goods should be at the original condition. Over 7 days, we can share half of the return shipping cost. Over 1 month we won't pay for the return shipping cost. So after you get the item, please check carefully and if there is any problem please contact us soon.

7. How can I get the greatest discount?
a. To place large quantity for each item, at least 100 pcs per model. If 1 or 2 pieces per item, we can’t give you much discount.
b. To introduce your friends or other customers to order in our store.
